Lisbon will again host the 18th Edition of this film festival which has already became one of the largest LGBT Film Festivals in Europe, in terms of the number of films being screened.
Queer Lisboa is dedicated exclusively to screening gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and transsexual themed films, a genre known as Queer Cinema. Their programme is designed by selecting the most aesthetically and narrative wise relevant titles in the international panorama, so that the audience has access to a number of films whose visibility in the film circuit is very restricted.
